Serving Those Who Serve

Since 1980, Alaska Police & Fire Chaplains has been dedicated to serving those who serve—standing alongside law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency responders, and their families through life's most difficult moments.

Our mission is to provide a compassionate ministry of presence, offering emotional and spiritual support, comfort, and hope to the men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities.

Through our dedicated volunteer chaplains, we also extend that same compassion to individuals and families experiencing crisis, trauma, grief, and loss.

Whether supporting a first responder following a critical incident, comforting a family after a sudden tragedy, or simply being present when words aren't enough, our chaplains answer the call.

We serve with compassion, dignity, and respect, regardless of faith, background, or beliefs.

Because those who spend their lives caring for others deserve someone who will be there for them, too.
